The Council of Mothers of May 2 is made up of relatives, friends and supporters of the 46 progressives killed by a fascist-led mob on May 2, 2014, in Odessa’s Kulikovo Square. Although this attack was videoed by many people, not one of the perpetrators has ever been brought to justice. Several organizations, including the Council of Europe, have tried to investigate the massacre, but have been unable to obtain the cooperation of the Ukrainian government.

For these reasons, the Council of Mothers is asking the United Nations to organize an investigation. To promote its request, the council is circulating the above petition.
